Our investigation. By sana, maveish,shawon

our question was :
How long does it take for different liquids to evaporate?
Prediction:
We think that the honey won’t evaporate because the particles are almost a solid
Method:
1)First we got 4 beakers and measured them with 150ml of different liquids (honey, water , oil, vinegar).
2)we put the different liquids on the window sill.
3)we checked the different liquids every morning and every afternoon. The one that evaporate was the water and vinegar because the water was pure and plain and the vinegar evaporated because the vinegar was too thin.
Fair test:
To make it a fair test we had the amount of liquids and the same beakers. The liquids were in the same places and the same size.

I think that the water and vinegar evaporated because the heat from the sun could get to it more quickly and the particles weren’t all tightly packed however the honey was all tightly packed and it was really, really sticky and hard to move. 🙂
